Print, Fax, and Scan

PRINTING

Printing is available at all Burbank libraries; please see the Information Services desk for assistance. Printing is $.10 per page for black and white, and $.50 per page for color. 

MOBILE PRINTING

From the convenience of your home, office, or car (or anywhere with Internet access), you can send your print jobs to our printers using the PrinterOn mobile printing service (instructions below).  Then you can come to the library and pay for your printouts and pick them up during our open hours.

 

Print from the Library Website

Choose your Library branch and follow the steps below:

  1. Select the printer you desire (black & white or color) and enter your email address.
  2. Browse your computer to find and select the file you wish to print. Click on arrow to proceed.
  3. To approve the print job, click the green printer icon.

Send print job as attachment to one of these addresses:

Print from the PrinterOn App

  1. Search for and install the PrinterOn App on your mobile device (check your app store).
  2. Click “No printer selected” and search for Burbank Public Library.
  3. Tap on Photos to send photos or tap Web to print webpages and files.
  4. Select the printer and click the print icon.
  5. Enter your email address and click on print.

How to Pick Up Your Print Outs

To retrieve your print job, enter your email address at the print release station at your selected Library branch. Printing costs 10 cents per page in black & white, 50 cents per page in color. Payments can be made in cash or by credit card at Central Library and Buena Vista Branch.

SCANNING & FAXING

Scanning and faxing are only offered at Buena Vista Branch Library and Burbank Central Library.

  • Scanning: Patrons can scan for free and save to an external USB flash drive, email, or print the scanned documents.
  • Faxing: Available at Buena Vista Branch Library for $1 per page (fax confirmation sent by email). Only available at Burbank Central Library for job-related faxes.
