Local Newspapers on Microfilm
The Burbank Daily Review (1931-1985) and the Burbank Leader (1985-2008) are available on microfilm at the Central Library. The newspapers are not indexed and are not searchable, but may be viewed, scanned, saved to a USB flash drive, and printed from the microfilm reader located near the Information Services Desk during normal business hours.

Yearbooks and City Directories
The Library maintains physical copies of the local high schools yearbooks, including Burbank High's Ceralbus (1952-2022)* and John Burroughs High's Akela (1951-2021)*, as well as historical Burbank City Directories (years vary).
