The Library has resumed in-person services. Curbside Pickup is no longer an appointment-based service. You may come in at any time during our open hours to pick up your your Library materials.
If you wish to pick up your items at the door without entering the building, you may call the number on the Curbside Pickup sign to request curbside service.

Requesting items (placing a hold)
- You can request items (known as placing a hold) by visiting the Library’s online catalog or staff can also place holds on your behalf via phone to your branch. Learn how to place a hold online.
- You will need your Library card number and PIN to place holds. If you don’t know your PIN, you can reset it in the online catalog by clicking “log in” in the top right, or contact your branch for assistance.
- When your items are ready for pickup, you will receive a notification by email or phone. Users are strongly encouraged to register for email notifications, as we cannot guarantee timely notification by phone. To register for email notification, contact your branch.
